Yeah...I know it's not offically my birthday anymore... but, I'm still awake...so, it is.
Today, was great! I just wish I could have spent it with all my friends (cough cough, Tommy and Ryan and Tim cough cough), but it's alright...I'll just have to celebrate with you guys later...
I am just happy. Dinner tonite with some of my friends was awesome. we went to McGuires (I'm half asleep, forgive me if I misspell) and had steaks and hamburgers....these guys crack me up...so, we had fun. If someone can tell me how to show pictures up here (keith) I'd show you guys!

I hung out with Tommy and Ryan and Tim the past two days.. I haven't seen those guys in about two years. So sad, since we use to have the best of friendships.... but, hey, I'm happy now.. friends that you haven't seen in a while, but it's still exactly the same as it was, are priceless.
Saw Kill Bill today. One of the best movies....can't wait to see it again.

I did the best thing today. I had about two hours before I had to be at work, and I had nothing to do. The weather was so nice, I just wanted to be outside...
so, I grabbed my poetry folder and the latest book I'm reading, and went down to the Veteran's Memorial, laid in the grass and read/wrote for two hours.
The sun was shining, the water I had to drink was refreshing, and I, most of all, was happy.
today was a great day.

Alright, this cold weather just needs to stick around. I've missed it. I love sweaters and boots and scarves and hats...
Lunch time with my mom today...I love her...

Man, I'm...great.
I talked to Joe yesterdy, only for a little bit, but it made my day. I really miss that kid, wish that he could move back down to Pensacola and come hang out. You know, I'd love to be able to just call him up and meet him for lunch or something, but, God has him up there for a reason...
Nothing much else going on, just hanging out lately...studying for midterms and junk like that...

You know, I'm fine when I'm out...when I'm in the company of anyone other than just myself.
When it's me, I think way too much. I really can't continue to wonder about the past....and I tell myself this ALL the time. Why can't I just stop it? The past is gone...get over it Alicia.
But, I am so thankful for my close friends...I seriously don't know what I'd be doing right now without them...
I never realized how important friendships really are until now.
